What is FAS?
FAS is a delivery
term Free Alongside Ship specified in INCOTERMS 2000.
FAS means that the seller
delivers goods cleared for export and placed alongside the
vessel at the named port.
The goods delivered with FAS
are cleared for export by seller.
This also means that the
buyer should bear all costs and risks of loss or damage from
that point.
It is recommended
